# 如何使用助记词找回私钥

对于 V0.0.3 的首次注册下载的新用户，以及Android 安卓系统 V0.0.2 的老用户 可以通过以下 **Keystore 导出功能** 方法导出私钥：

* 点击个人头像，到达 (Settings)-设置 界面
* 再次点击个人头像，到达 (Profile)-个人信息 界面，点击 \[Export keystore]，并输入 Coming Chat 账户密码，即可导出您的 CID 和 Coming Wallet Keystore。

针对 IOS 苹果系统 V0.0.2的老用户，由于兼容问题，需要在 NFTs 界面重新导入Keystore 或者 退出账号重新登入 ComingChat 后，Keystore导出功能才会启用。

如若丢失 Keystore，且无法在 ComingChat 中找回，可以通过以下方法找回私钥：

第一步：下载Polkadot插件

* 使用 Chrome 或者 火狐浏览器，[点击此处](https://polkadot.js.org/extension/)进入 Polkadot 插件官网
* 点击 \[Download for Chrome]-下载至Chrome 或者 \[Download for Firefox]-下载至火狐
* 添加 Polkadot js extension 插件
